We have a Waller researcher interested in Whitfield County. Her name is Betty Kirby and she is a descendant of James Pinckney Waller and Minerva Hughes. James Pinckney and Minerva were living in Whitfield County 1870-1886. Waller researchers must contend with dozens of Williams, Thomases, Edmunds and Georges. It should be very simple to find a "Pinckney." That's not proving to be the case. Pinckney is proving to be very elusive.
