We have a Waller researcher interested in Franklin County. Her name is Irene Waller-Parker. Irene is an "Endfield" Waller, a descendant of James Waller and Lucy Alexander who lived in Frankfort in the mid 1800's.
James was a son of William Smith Waller and Catherine Breckenbridge who had settled in Frankfort.
William's parents were the well-known minister Rev. William Edmund Waller (1747-1830) and his wife, Mildred Smith (1746-1803). William was the grandson of Colonel John Waller, the founder of the "Endfield" branch of the Waller family. (see Spotsylvania County, Virginia) It is thought that William came to Gerrard County, Kentucky from Virginia sometime after 1803 which was the year his wife died.

You can contact Irene from her page linked below. She is particularly interested in getting some help regarding the parents of Lucy Alexander.
