Charles Waller was in Coconino County in 1917/18. He registered for the World War I draft at that time. He gave his birthdate as July 22, 1881 but gave no place of birth. He stated he was a German and that he had a relative living in Seattle, Washington. Just because he registered does not mean he was drafted or served.
